You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. quuok reserves the right to cancel any account where false or misleading information has been provided. Each individual may open only one account.

• You must provide your correct full name.
• You must provide a valid mobile number and email address.
• You must enter your correct date of birth.
• You must create a strong password.

2.3 Grounds for Ineligibility

The following individuals are not eligible to use quuok:

• Any person under the age of 21.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your quuok account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

If requested by quuok, you may be required to submit identity verification documents. This process is carried out to protect users and prevent fraud. If the required documents are not submitted, withdrawals may be delayed or suspended.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one quuok account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses may be cancelled.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum amount to make a deposit on quuok is ৳300. Our platform currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay as payment methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. quuok generally completes the withdrawal process within 1 hour. However, this time may vary slightly due to security checks or other administrative reasons.

New users can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use a bonus offer only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to yourself under a different account or to a third party.

The quuok VIP program has 4 tiers. Regular and loyal users can advance to higher tiers based on their activity:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
